A Unitarian Universalist congregation is always filled with many questions. During this time of transition, we have surfaced even more than usual. As we look ahead to the coming years, here are the questions that I hear and feel are present in our community. I have heard them in my work in the congregation, and I see them in the packet you have prepared.
I have some thoughts and answers of my own to these questions, but ultimately our task will be to live into the answers together, and then to keep discovering new and bolder questions to ask across this great and shared adventure of life. As a result, I simply list the questions here as a way of acknowledgment and invitation to continued conversation.

What Shall We Do With Our Past?
- How will we honor both tradition and innovation?
- How do we make sense of our first year of interim?
- What is the relationship between who we have been, who we are now, and where we are going?
- How much change is necessary, and at what pace?
